Infrastructure audits with actionable reports
“The ERP is slow” is a symptom, not a diagnosis. It can be an unindexed query, an under-provisioned worker count, a report that loads a hundred thousand records into memory, a database that has not been vacuumed properly in months, or a network path that adds latency to every request. Guessing costs more than measuring, and buying a bigger server is the most expensive way to avoid finding out.
- Measurement first: request timings from the real log, slow query capture, resource use during a working day rather than at rest
- Database review: table and index sizes, bloat, autovacuum behaviour, and the queries that actually cost you time
- Application review: worker and cron configuration, heavy reports and scheduled actions, and modules doing more work than their value justifies
- Security and access review: user groups, record rules, exposed services and patch level
- Written report with findings ranked by impact against effort, each with the evidence behind it
- Remediation, either delivered by us or handed to your team with enough detail to execute independently

What do we actually receive?
A written report: current state, each finding with the measurement that supports it, a prioritised fix list with effort estimates, and a remediation plan. It is useful whether or not we do the fixes.
Will you tell us to buy a bigger server?
Only if the numbers say so, and they usually do not. Most performance work we do is configuration and query level, and hardware is the last recommendation, not the first.
Can you audit a system another vendor manages?
Yes, this is a common request and we do it as an independent review. We report what we find, including where the current setup is sound.
How long does an audit take?
Two to three days for a standard instance, longer for a fleet or a heavily customised deployment where more measurement is needed.
